It is hard to drive through Beaumont and not be impacted by all the TexDot improvements that are underway. Sinclair/ San Antonio Broadcasting/ KFDM has taking the opportunity to not only relocate but build a bigger and better facility to serve all of SE Texas.
You can see the construction underway now on Walden Road where they have broken ground to build new offices and studios.
Coldwell Banker Commercial was excited to be a part of that new path forward and to work side by side with G&G Enterprises as this new building begins taking shape!
