Sheri Arnold
Sheri Arnold is the President and Broker for CBCAAA, with over two decades of experience in economic development in the Southeast Texas area. Her expertise is far reaching into the industrial sector, office sales and leasing, retail development, and investment transactions. Sheri holds the Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) designation and is a member of numerous professional organizations, including the Commercial Real Estate Women’s group (CREW). She is an active member and volunteer in several local chambers of commerce, participates in numerous civic and charitable events, and is a member of the Beaumont Rotary Club. Throughout her career, Sheri has handled diverse transactions with national credit tenants and buyers as well as numerous local businesses, investors, and financial institutions. Debbie Cowart
Debbie Cowart is a seasoned member of our team that adds expertise to our various real estate activities. Having worked directly for a nationally recognized REIT, Deb offers valuable experience with retail, pad site development, office warehouse space leasing as well as investment analysis and disposition.  Her expertise in coordinating the remodeling and the remerchandising of second generation shopping centers has proven invaluable to our clients. Additionally, Debbie has been instrumental in gaining qualified retailers and tenants for new centers and coordinating their evolution from ground level to full occupancy. She is a member of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers) and numerous local Chambers of Commerce organizations. Her varied transactions and ability to complete complex transactions has earned Debbie the reputation of being a problem solver. As a native of Southeast Texas with over 20 years experience in sales, marketing and customer service, Debbie is familiar with the evolution of the commercial market in this area and is qualified to assist you with your commercial real estate needs in this ever changing economic environment. Deborah Johansson
a native of Southeast Texas and a Lamar University graduate, holds a Texas Real Estate Broker license and is a member of the National, Texas, and Houston Association of Realtors. She is active in local Chambers of Commerce and has participated in various civic organizations such as United Way, Red Cross, Salvation Army, Boy Scouts and the CP Rehabilitation Center. Currently, she is a candidate for the CCIM designation. Deborah has over a decade in experience with successfully leasing office space and has dealt with national credit, governmental agencies, and local tenants. Tammiey Linscomb
our Licensed Assistant, is the main point of contact for our clients leasing space and entering into purchase agreements. In coordinating the day to day activities of commercial properties and planning and overseeing capital projects, Tammiey is the liaison between property owners, tenants, and buyers. She has experience in property management with multi-tenant buildings as well as new retail developments and second generation shopping centers. Tammiey is an integral part of our marketing team, assisting with all aspects of negotiations and transactions. Also a Southeast Texas native, Tammiey has far reaching ties to this region. Carol Allen
Carol Allen has far reaching ties to the Southeast Texas area and serves as Office Manager for CBCAAA. Carol’s depth of experience greatly aids clients by providing complete and accurate documentation of each transaction. As Manager, she is responsible for inventory, accounting, decisions affecting the office, and maintaining records reflective of the transactions and expenses.
