Tammiey Linscomb Our Industrial/Commercial Associate, is the main point of contact for our clients leasing space and entering into purchase agreements. In coordinating the day to day activities of commercial properties and planning and overseeing capital projects, Tammiey is the liaison between property owners, tenants, and buyers. She has experience in property management with multi-tenant buildings as well as new retail developments and second generation shopping centers. A native of Southeast Texas with a true spirit for service, Tisha Self is a graduate of Hardin Jefferson High School (Go Hawks!), where she was heavily involved on campus in an effort to champion her school. From there, she attended San Diego State University, where she studied Psychology and Business Administration, with minor study in English Literature.
For seven years, Tisha worked for No Fear, an extreme sports company, serving as the Regional East Coast Manager, where she traveled the world charged with the responsibility for selling, recruiting and the sponsoring of new athletes. (Fun fact: Tisha raced motorcycles for the entire 7 years she was there and loved it. Ask her about it!)
Tisha also worked for Kelly Services, where she was responsible for the Corporate Marketing Department known as the SWAT team. Tisha, along with her team, was deployed to cities worldwide, where she would design specific, strategic marketing plans for recruiting the type of candidates appropriate for each market.
To further sharpen her business skills, Tisha began working for her father in the family business where she sold cars, trucks and tractors. Carolann is a licensed real estate agent who has just moved back to Beaumont. She was a Sales Manager overseeing the Brokerage Department at our San Antonio office and was Alamo City’s property manager. Carolann briefly left Texas to attend and get her B.S. from the University of Mississippi. Before joining Coldwell Banker Commercial Alamo City, Carolann spent six years managing a multi million dollar restaurant in Houston, TX where her impressive skills in management and negotiations prepared her for CRE.
