BEAUMONT, TEXAS – Coldwell Banker Commercial Arnold and Associates’ (CBCAAA) top 2% producer, Deb Cowart, has successfully helped secure a long-term lease for Workforce Solutions of Southeast Texas. Deb represented the tenant in this transaction and worked alongside Tom Flanagan, the property owner, and representatives from the tenant’s team, Marilyn Smith, Mary Hammon and Deloris Coleman.
Workforce Solutions of Southeast Texas has locations in three counties, including Jefferson, Orange and Hardin County, and is one of 28 active boards within the state of Texas. Its mission is to equip Southeast Texas with skills and knowledge that meets the needs of the employers to foster the region’s economic growth.
While the group is no stranger to Downtown Beaumont, a new space was needed to better accommodate the public. When Tom Flanagan’s former Capital One Bank building became available, it quickly became a top contender for the tenant. Tom Flanagan is a large property owner in Downtown Beaumont and has a passion for utilizing the beautiful architectural features of the older buildings while updating them to accommodate the ever-changing needs of today’s businesses.
The new location at 510 Park Street was designed to provide the best support for the area’s emerging workforce. Workforce Solutions of Southeast Texas occupies the entire first floor, which contains the spacious lobby and several administrative offices, and the second floor, which is open to the public.
The Workforce Center is open to the public Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
