Le Peep Coming To Downtown Beaumont
BEAUMONT – From Cornerstone – Edison Plaza welcomes nationally known restaurant, Le Peep, to its growing list of new tenants at the iconic building in downtown Beaumont. Known for their full service breakfast and excellent lunch offerings, Le Peep will be located in Edison Plaza’s main floor concourse and will be open to both tenants and the general public by mid fall of this year. Downtown diners will be treated to a menu of intriguing selections, made from the freshest ingredients including farm fresh eggs, select vegetables, quality meats, crepes and Le Peep’s signature “Peasant Potatoes.”
This is the first location for Le Peep in southeast Texas and their management team is excited to be a part of downtown Beaumont’s economic growth.
Purchased by AlbaneseCormier Holdings in December 2011, Edison Plaza is undergoing a multi-million dollar renovation to add a complete renovation of the building’s façade with a covered entrance, circular drive, and entryway facing Crockett Street. Additionally, they are constructing a state of the art fitness facility, modern office and meetings spaces, and other special tenant amenities as they continue to work toward providing their vision of a Class A multi-tenant office building in southeast Texas.
New owner of Edison Plaza, Mike Albanese, stated: “Our plan for Edison Plaza is to provide a premium office environment for our tenant partners, as well as the general public, that will exceed all expectations in southeast Texas”. Already the building has become a home to several new national tenants and other exciting lease announcements are on the horizon.
